MINDBREAK is the experience of over 13 years of learning and growth. My journey has taken me through diverse fields such as Health Coaching, Thai Massage Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and a deep exploration of human movement, behavior, and emotions. Along the way, I’ve studied Functional Medicine and neuroscience, all contributing to the deeply integrated, holistic approach that defines the MINDBREAK Method.

My traditional Thai massages go beyond the ordinary, combining a variety of techniques to release stress, ease tension, and restore your body’s natural flow. I incorporate acupressure, stretching, Pa Khaw Ma, Thai Warrior Massage, abdominal massage, and energy line work to create a deeply personalized experience. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or therapeutic care, my massages help you feel grounded, rejuvenated, and rebalanced, both physically and energetically.
Hypnotherapy was the shift that helped me tremendously on my own journey, and it’s now one of the most powerful tools I offer. By unlocking your subconscious mind, hypnotherapy allows you to overcome limiting beliefs, break free from old habits, and create new pathways for lasting transformation. It’s a deeply healing practice that fosters emotional well-being, helping you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Our 3-month coaching program is a deeply transformative experience for those ready to go beyond surface-level changes. This holistic container combines personalized coaching with powerful tools like movement, nutrition guidance, hypnotherapy, and more. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, release old patterns, and create sustainable strategies to help you achieve lasting personal growth. Whether in-person (with the option for massage) or online, this program is designed for those committed to making profound changes and living a healthier, more balanced life.
Immerse yourself in a deeper practice at the Drivethru Kite & Surfcamp in Denmark. Join weekly retreats or participate in group classes designed to foster connection, personal growth, and relaxation. Whether you’re looking to dive into meditation, strengthen your body with workouts and kite & surf-specific training, or unwind with relaxation sessions, there’s something for everyone. We also offer hands-on workshops where you can learn how to move with intention, perfect your kite & surf techniques, or create your own natural body care products like scrubs, toothpaste, and creams. These experiences provide the perfect opportunity to heal, grow, and reconnect—surrounded by nature and a supportive community.
