The dark

I know the dark.
I also know the way back.

I didn’t learn this from a textbook first. I learned it in my own hard years.

What brought me back wasn’t thinking. It was my body: moving it, resting it, being touched, and slowly listening to what it had been trying to tell me. And going deeper than my thoughts could reach, into the quiet that hypnosis opens.

For about twenty-five years I couldn’t speak for myself. Not even the small things. If I was thirsty, I couldn’t ask for a glass of water. I just stayed quiet.

Then I found hypnosis. Somewhere in that quiet, something opened, and the words started pouring out of me. Today my voice is my work. You hear it in every recording. And it’s why I’ll always tell you the truth.

I’m not done. I still walk this way back. I just walk it with more trust now.

Hear me first

30 seconds, one breath together

The wind and I have an agreement. It does the hair.

How I work

Body first. Then the words.

Most of what we carry, we carry in the body. So that’s where I start: with touch, with breath, with slowing down enough to notice.

When there’s room, words follow. Hypnosis, recordings, a question that lands. Guided, but never forced. We follow what you and your body are asking for.

I’d rather be honest than pretty. If something isn’t for you, I’ll tell you.

A few things about me

I live by the North Sea in Hvide Sande, where the wind is basically a colleague. I’m very happy on my own. Give me the ocean and a few hours, and I’ll just look at it while my mind wanders off without me.

I love cooking. Baking, not so much: baking has rules, and rules and I have never really got along. Ask my family, I’m the rebel.

I look calm. Then I laugh, and you can hear it from far away. I’m also too honest. If I don’t say it, my face will.

And I’m writing a book. Slowly. Very slowly.
