Thai Massage stimulates circulation and flexibility. It’s an Asian floor massage technique to open your energy lines and improve your health. It incorporates breathing techniques, along with acupressure points and trigger point techniques. It is recommended at least once a month to be effective.
Acupressure works with the Chinese meridians, which are the energy lines that flow through the body. The goal is to relieve pain, clear blockages and release emotions and trigger point techniques. It is recommended at least once a month to be effective.
Healing from within. Our abdominal is the center of all energies. It’s where everything begins and everything is connected to our abdominal. It’s often/always the origin of our health problems. The Chi Nei Tsang massage improves our digestion and releases old emotions that are stored in our abdominal.
Massage helps to connect to your body again. We can release pain, tensions and emotions that are stored in the body. So you can feel lighter and happier again.
We give the body a place to relax, to feel safe and to let go.
From simply releasing tensions in the shoulders, and hips from sitting in front of a desk too long, to recovery from training, running, swimming, cycling and to deeper issues like emotional trauma.
I studied Thai Massage in Thailand, Chiang Mai at Ong’s Thai Massage School and at Watpho Thai Traditional Medicine School, Bangkok.
During my sessions I incorporate my wisdom as a health coach, bodyweight trainer and the power of nature to ensure you are getting exactly what you need.
