What to Expect: Daily Yoga Sessions: Begin each day with invigorating yoga classes led by Verena. Our sessions are tailored to align with the body's natural cycles, helping you cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Kitesurfing Adventures: Feel the rush of the wind in your hair as you harness the power of nature and discover the exhilarating joy of gliding over the water. Understanding Your Cycle: Specialized workshops focusing on training and handling life with your menstrual cycle. Learn how to sync your activities with your body’s natural rhythms, optimize your energy levels, and embrace your cycle as a source of strength. This knowledge will empower you to navigate challenges on and off the water. Nourishing Meals: Enjoy delicious, healthy meals made from local ingredients that cater to all dietary preferences.
