Our body is stressed because we don’t eat well. And then we don’t sleep good because we are stressed, which then creates even more stress. Now we feel tired, we don’t feel comfortable in our body. And the cycle keeps on going. In this state of mind it’s hard to make changes. It’s almost impossible to follow our intuition. That’s why in hypnosis we are going into a deep relaxing state. Out of our sympathetic nervous system into our parasympathetic nervous system.

Hypnosis is a very natural state, which you are going in and out all day long. In the morning when you wake up you go through different phases one of them is the state we use in hypnosis. How do I prepare for my session?

Make a list of things you would like to work on. Then go through that list and ask yourself which one affects you most. On a scale from 1-10 which one would you like to change the most?

For the session make sure you have enough privacy and a comfortable place without distractions.

You can lie down on the floor, couch or bed or find a comfortable place to sit. Please wear headphones.

How long is a session and how is it structured?

Sessions are between 30-120 minutes. We use the first few minutes to look at your goals and to create suggestions for you.

We will go through a deep relaxing induction and then get to the core of the session.

I am also showing you a few tools you can use at home for self-hypnosis.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes! You can easily reschedule a session in my booking tool. Make sure you change it 24h before our appointment.

What's the refund policy?

Once your session/s are booked, they are booked. You can always reschedule your sessions if life gets in the way. No problem at all!

How many sessions do you recommend?

Between 3 and 12 sessions are perfect for lasting transformation. It always depends on the individual and what you would like to work on.

Do phone sessions really work?

Yes! I have experienced so many sessions myself online. It makes no difference. And the good thing is you are at home. You don’t need to go anywhere. You can relax and be comfortable even after the session.
