We’ve all been there – making poor decisions when we’re under stress. It’s a constant state of being for many of us, whether it’s from work, our relationships, family, or even our food choices. Our bodies suffer as a result of this stress, making it difficult to achieve a restful night’s sleep and creating even more tension. This vicious cycle can make it challenging to change our mindset or follow our intuition.

But there is hope – hypnosis can help. For the session make sure you have enough privacy and a comfortable place without distractions.

You can lie down on the floor, couch or bed or find a comfortable place to sit. Please wear headphones.

Yes! You can easily reschedule a session in my booking tool. Make sure you change it 24h before our appointment.
Between 3 and 12 sessions are perfect for lasting transformation. It always depends on the individual and what you would like to work on. The following statistic will help to explain this finding with hypnotherapy: A Survey of Psychotherapy Literature by Alfred A. Barrios, PhD., which was later reprinted in American Health Magazine, revealed the following recovery rates: Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions Hypnotherapy: 93% recovery after 6 sessions
Sessions are between 30-120 minutes. We use the first few minutes to look at your goals and to create suggestions for you. We will go through a deep relaxing induction and then get to the core of the session. I am also showing you a few tools you can use at home for self-hypnosis.
Once your session/s are booked, they are booked. You can always reschedule your sessions if life gets in the way. No problem at all!
I am certified by the IACT (International Association of Counselors & Therapists) via the Grace Space Hypnotherapy School. I have also learned the Quantum Healing Technique and done courses in Neuroscience and functional medicine.
Yes! I have experienced so many sessions myself online. It makes no difference. And the good thing is you are at home. You don’t need to go anywhere. You can relax and be comfortable even after the session instead of having to take the bus, train or car to get home and get distracted again.
