We do things a certain way, we think in a certain way, some things scare us, we don’t feel confident, we are lacking self-love. Does that mean it has to be like that? NO! Our habits, memories, emotions and beliefs are living in our subconscious mind. Created through experiences, external influences, beliefs that we have taken on from others. By accessing our subconscious mind through hypnosis we are going to the root cause of the issues and we can change them.

We make our worst decisions when are stressed. We all know that feeling. We are stressed, always! It’s work, it’s our relationship, family..we are stressed about what we eat. Our body is stressed because we don’t eat well. And then we don’t sleep good because we are stressed, which then creates even more stress. Now we feel tired, we don’t feel comfortable in our body. And the cycle keeps on going. In this state of mind it’s hard to make changes. It’s almost impossible to follow our intuition. That’s why in hypnosis we are going into a deep relaxing state. Out of our sympathetic nervous system into our parasympathetic nervous system.
It’s a natural state, which you are going in and out all day long. In the morning when you wake up you go through different phases one of them is the state we use in hypnosis. When you fall asleep the same happens. Have you ever daydreamed? Or when you are watching a movie, listening to music, working on a project you are passionate about. These are all light forms of hypnosis.
I am just guiding you in hypnosis. This is a calm and safe place for you to let go of old habits and beliefs and create new ones. It’s only what you allow to take place. Everyone can do this.
Make a list of things you would like to work on. Then go through that list and ask yourself which one affects you most. On a scale from 1-10 which one would you like to change the most?
For the session make sure you have enough privacy and a comfortable place without distractions.
Lie down on the floor, couch or bed. If you have please wear headphones.
We have 1 hour together. We use the first few minutes to look at your goals and to create suggestions for you.
We will go through a deep relaxing induction and then get to the core of the session.
