Who said you can’t have brownies for breakfast? 😋
I am not good at baking because I can’t follow the rules or recipes 😜 I just go by feel and throw everything in. Sometimes that works out well, sometimes it doesn’t. Well I guess that’s life isn’t it? Here is the recipe for these brownies (no guarantee):
- 200g Black beans
- 60g oats (flour)
- 60g raw cacao
- A bit of oat/almond milk or water or whatever milk you like
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- And if you need it sweet, you can add dates, honey, or raisins for example.
Put black beans and dates or raisins, if you use them, in a blender and mix well. And then just throw all ingredients together in a bowl. Put it in a baking pan and then in the oven. Take it out when it’s done, voila 😊
