It’s the experience of over 15 years of learning and growing. My journey has taken me through diverse fields such as Health Coaching, Thai Massage Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and a deep exploration of human movement, behavior, and emotions. Along the way, I’ve studied Functional Medicine and neuroscience, all contributing to the deeply integrated, holistic approach that defines the mindbreak Method.
