Created by Lea — hypnotherapist, movement guide, and emotional reflector — mindbreak is more than an app. It’s a sanctuary for nervous systems. A return to breath, body, and balance. No push. No performance. Just presence. 

It’s the experience of over 15 years of learning and growing. My journey has taken me through diverse fields such as Health Coaching, Thai Massage Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and a deep exploration of human movement, behavior, and emotions. Along the way, I’ve studied Functional Medicine and neuroscience, all contributing to the deeply integrated, holistic approach that defines the mindbreak Method.
